I am a Yogacharya, privy to the miraculous benefits of practising yoga and have made it my life’s mission to spread the joy, that yoga brings to me, among others. I have been  professionally teaching yoga for the last ten years, conducting regular yoga sessions for beginners and advanced practitioners. Years of study and practise of yoga has enabled me to develop my own deep relaxation, deep meditation and fitness protocols. "Dorsal breathing", "Chakra Naada relaxation", "Om Hom Meditation", "Umbrella breathing" are some of the unique practices that I have devised to help target specific objectives in meditation, relaxation and breathing practice. I take a holistic approach along with a combination of therapy yoga, acupressure techniques and naturopathy principles to treat various ailments and help control symptoms of autoimmune disorders.

I was suffering from a vicious cycle of pain on my feet,neck and shoulders due to being overweight and not being able exercise to bring down my weight and increase my fitness. Am a fledgling yoga practioner and within 3 months have seen  my feet pain almost vanish with Yoga and some sessions of acupressure. Sudhanshu sir is a big blessing in my life with an ever present smile, resonant voice who gives individual attention and encourages us to discover ourselves.His breathing  techniques have done marvels for me in increasing my stamina. I hope to attain flexibility, painlessness,stamina and inner peace. I feel charged up after each session.
